应重视重叠综合征和慢性阻塞性肺疾病夜间低氧的异同 被引量：4

摘要 慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）和阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）是两种常见的慢性呼吸系统疾病，当两者同时存在时被称为重叠综合征（OS）。流行病学调查发现成人男性中0s的患病率约为1％，不过，无症状的下呼吸道阻塞和睡眠呼吸障碍共存的可能性要大得多。
