成都市社区高血压患者治疗依从性调查及影响因素

Investigation of compliance of treatment and affecting factors in patients with hypertension in a district Chengdu

目的了解成都市社区高血压患者治疗依从性现状及影响依从性的因素。方法随机整群分层抽样成都市城区、城乡结合区及1个县级社区卫生机构所辖街道覆盖的高血压人群,分别接受"高血压药物治疗情况调查表"、"高血压病知识测试问卷"和"Morisy高血压患者服药依从性问卷"调查。通过单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析得到影响高血压患者服药依从性的因素。结果经单因素和多因素分析发现性别、高血压病程、高血压知识与服药依从性有关(P<0.05)。结论成都市社区高血压患者服药依从性较差,病程和知晓度是高血压患者服药依从性差的主要影响因素。

Objective To analyze the status of medication compliance and affecting factors in patients with hypertension. Methods Cluster random sampling is used to select 634 patients with hypertension. Survey and interview were conducted. Re- suits Through different questionnaire. Single and multiple logistic regression model are used to analyze all kinds of key factors.. Disease duration （OR = 0. 246） and knowledge about hypertension （OR = 3. 341 ）are significant factors which affect treatment com- pliance. Conclusion Medication compliance of patients with hypertension is poor in a district, of Chengdu city. The shorter dis- ease duration and poorer knowledge about hypertension are key factors.
