52例单纯性孔源性视网膜脱离手术分析

Clinical analysis of 52 cases with simple rhegmatogenous retinal detachment

目的对近年来单纯性孔源性视网膜脱离的手术方法和疗效进行统计分析。方法对52例单纯性孔源性视网膜脱离患者全部采用CO2冷凝,部分视网膜下放液,硅海绵(硅胶)外加压或环扎以及部分球内注气术的视网膜复位手术。结果术后检查视网膜复位率为98%,90.3%的患者视力提高。结论 CO2冷凝,硅海绵(硅胶)外加压或环扎以及球内注气术是治疗单纯性孔源性视网膜脱离的非常有效的方法。应根据患者、病情的具体情况选择手术方式。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic outcome of operation methods with simple rhegmatogenous retinal de- tachment（RRD）. Methods 52 eyes with RRD were treated with scleral cryocoagulation, subretinal fluid drainage, segmental or encircling scleral buckling with silicon sponge or silica gel, gas filing into vitreous space. Results The rate of retinal reattach- ment was 98% and the postoperative visual acuity increased in 90. 3% of patients. Conclusion Segmental or encircling scleral buckling combining with scleral cryocoagulation or gas filing appears to be effective in patients with RRD. The operation methods should be chosen according to the exact conditions.
