导乐陪伴护理在脐带绕颈新生儿分娩中的应用探讨

目的探讨在脐带绕颈新生儿分娩中采用导乐陪伴护理所取得的效果。方法 90例存在脐带绕颈的产妇随机分为A、B两组,各45例,A组给予导乐陪伴护理,B组给予常规护理,对两组的分娩时间、产后出血量、剖宫产率及新生儿Apgar评分进行统计比较。结果 A组分娩时间短于B组,出血量少于B组,剖宫产率低于B组、新生儿Apgar评分高于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脐带绕颈新生儿分娩中采用导乐陪伴护理分娩的方式对于缩短分娩时间、减少产后出血量、降低剖宫产率及提高新生儿Apgar评分方面均有积极的意义,值得进一步研究探讨和推广应用。

Objective To study the effect on different nursing in the labor with cord around neck. Methods 90 example parturients with labor with cord around neck were divided into group A of 45 cases and group B of 45cases. Group A was given mu- sicguided delivery nursing, while group B was given routine nursing. Then the delivery time, amount of postpartum bleeding and apgar score of the two groups were compared. Results The delivery time of group A was shorter than group B, amount of post par- turn bleeding was less than group B and apgar score was higher than group B, the differences were statistical significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The musicguided delivery nursing is better in the labor with cord around neck, it can shorten time, reduces blood loss and improve apgar score,and is worth of further study and extension.
