摘要
目的研究加味黄芪桂枝五物汤对DPN大鼠坐骨神经神经生成因子NGF mRNA表达的影响。方法链脲佐菌素诱导制备糖尿病大鼠模型,加味黄芪桂枝五物汤连续灌胃8周,采用RT-PCR分析坐骨神经组织中NGF mRNA的表达。结果加味黄芪桂枝五物汤能明显增强NGF mRNA的表达,与模型组比较有显著性差异。结论提高大鼠坐骨神经组织中神经生长因子的含量,可能是该方治疗DPN的作用机制之一。
Objective To study the effect of supplemented Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction on expression of NGF mRNA in sciatic nerve of diabetic perineuropathy(DPN) rats.Methods The diabetic rat model was established by induction of Streptozotocin,then rats were gastric perfused with supplemented Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction for 8 weeks,and the expression of NGF mRNA in sciatic nerve was analyzed by RT-PCR.Results The expression of NGF mRNA was increased significantly in supplemented Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction group,and there was a significant difference compared with the model group.Conclusion Supplemented Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction has significant effect on treating DPN.Its mechanism is probably related with the effect of increasing the content of NGF mRNA in sciatic nerve of DPN rats.
