HPLC法测定元胡止痛颗粒中延胡索乙素的含量

Determination of Tetrahydropalmatine in Yuanhuzhitong Granule by HPLC

目的建立测定元胡止痛颗粒中延胡索乙素含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法采用HPLC法对延胡索乙素进行含量测定,色谱条件:Lichrospher ODS柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(20∶80);检测波长280 nm。结果延胡索乙素在8～100μg/mL时,质量浓度与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率103.2%,RSD 0.9%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于元胡止痛颗粒中延胡索乙素的含量控制。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of tetrahydropalmatine in Yuanhuzhitong granule.Methods Chromatographic column Lichrospher ODS（4.6×250 mm,5 μm） was used,the mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid solution（adjusted to pH6.0 with triethylamine）（20：80）,the detective wavelength was 280 nm.Results The linear range of tetrahydropalmatine was 8-100 μg·mL-1（r=0.9999）,the average recovery of sample was 103.2%（RSD=0.9%）.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,which can be used to determine the content of tetrahydropalmatine in Yuanhuzhitong granule.
