活动翼矫治技术治疗双颌前突前后软硬组织改变的分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究分析活动翼矫治技术治疗双颌前突病例的临床效果。方法:选择55例双颌前突拔牙病例,应用活动翼矫治技术进行矫治。于矫治前后拍摄X线头颅侧位定位片,对软硬组织的变化进行对比分析。结果:上前牙平均内收5.82mm、直立16.87°,下前牙平均内收4.61mm、直立10.99°;上颌磨牙未伸长,下颌磨牙伸长1.33mm,下颌骨未发生顺时针旋转;上下磨牙分别前移2.35mm和2.07mm;上下唇突度分别减小1.95mm和3.68mm,下唇长度减小0.83mm。结论:双颌前突患者应用活动翼矫治技术矫治后垂直向及矢状向支抗可得到较好控制,侧貌明显改善。 A total of 55 bimaxilary protrusion patients were selected to be treated with active-- wing appliance. Cephalometrics were taken before and after treatment. The changes of facial profile were studied with the computer --aid X--ray cephalometric analysis. Results: The upper and lower anterior weer more retrusive, U1--V decreased by 5.82mm, L1--V decerased by 4.61mm, U1 PP decerased by 16.87 °, IMPA decerased by 10.99°. U6--PP have no statistically changes, L6--MP increased by 1.33mm, SN--MP and FMA had no statistically changes. U6 --V and L6V increased by 2.35mm and 2.07mm. The upper and lower lips decerased by 1.95 and 3.68mm, while the length of the lower lip decreased significantly, decerased by 0.83mm. Conclusion: The anchoragsein an terior-- posterior and vertical direction were controlled preferably and soft tissue profile improved significantly.
