摘要
"双师型"教师队伍概念的提出,是适应经济社会发展的客观需求。和普通本科院校的教师相比,高职院校"双师型"教师队伍有着更为特殊而具体的要求。目前,我国"双师型"教师队伍存在的主要问题有二:一是教师结构欠合理;二是"双师素质"严重欠缺。以高职院校商务英语专业的"双师型"教师队伍建设为例,可以看出我国目前"双师型"教师队伍的整体特点及短板所在,其应对措施对整个"双师型"教师队伍建设都有巨大的借鉴意义。
The economic and social developments call for the proposing of the conception of double - competency teachers. The requirements for double - competency teachers in higher vocational colleges are more special and concrete comparing to those in general universities. At present, there are mainly two problems existing in the cultivation of double - competency teachers: irrationality in teachers' structure and deficiency in double - competency. Taking the cultivation of double - competency teachers of business English in higher vocational colleges as an example, the overall characteris- tics and defects in the cultivation of double - competency teachers in our country would be possible to be examined and the countermeasures raised could be taken as references in future cultivation of double - competency teachers.
