长株潭“两型社会”建设与湖南经济发展方式转变的关系探折

On the Relationship of Building "Two-oriented Society" at Chang-Zhu-Tan and the Transition of the Economic Development Patterns in Hunan Province

"两型社会"建设与经济发展方式的转变是内在统一的。从理论上来看,两者的内涵、本质是统一的。建设"两型社会"本身就是一个发展转型升级的战略。从实践上来看,4年来,长株潭城市群"两型社会"建设的探索过程,为实现并加快湖南经济发展方式的转变提供了现实基础。随着"十二五"时期的深入推进,我们要以长株潭"两型社会"建设为抓手,加快湖南经济发展方式转变。

The construction of ＂Two-oriented society＂ and the transformation of economic development modes are immanent and unified. From a theoretical point, both of their connotation and essence are consistent. The construc- tion of ＂two-oriented society＂ itself is a strategy for development, transition and upgrading. From a practical point, the exploration and practice of Chang-Zhu-Tan city group in last 4 years provides realistic basis for the transition of Hunan＇s economy development patterns. With the 12th Five-year Plan, we must take the opportunity of constructing the ＂Two-oriented＂ at Chang-Zhu-Tan to accelerate the transition economical of the development patterns in Hunan province.
