Research on Multi-dimensional Cultivation of Innovation Ability Under the Environment of Engineering Education

工程教育环境下大学生创新意识和能力的培养现阶段还存在一些问题,许多高校在教学改革中为加强学生创新能力的培养,虽然作了一些有益的尝试,但还缺乏从更深层次去认识创新教育的作用和意义。创新能力的培养需要树立主体意识、常态意识、群体意识和实践意识概念,并采用恬当的培养的方式方法等。

There exist some problems in cultivating college students＇ innovation consciousness and ability under current environment of engineering education. Although many college had attempted to reform the training mode, they failed to realize its role and significance due to lack of deeper thinking. The paper focus on the ways of cultiva- ting the innovation ability as follows：consciousness of subjectivity, normalcy, group and practice.
