准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术（LASIK）是日趋完善的一种角膜屈光手术，术后角膜扩张是其隐匿但严重的并发症，仍是屈光手术之后面临的最复杂和广泛讨论的问题之一。因此，LASIK术后角膜扩张的发病原因、危险因素及其预防和治疗有重要的现实意义。现对这些方面的研究现状作一综述。

Laser in situ keratomileusis （LASIK） is an established corneal refractive surgery. Keratectasia after LASIK is a dormant and serious complication that is still one of the most perplexing and widely discussed clinical issues facing refractive surgeons. An understanding of keratectasia after LASIK, including etiology, pathology, risk factors, preventions and treatments, is of great practical significance. This article reviews the current status of these aspects.
