高职院校文秘专业学生顶岗实习存在的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Secretary Major Students' Internship in Higher Vocational College

顶岗实习作为高职院校实践教学的重要环节,对人才培养起着不可替代的作用。本文依据"高等职业院校人才培养工作状态数据采集平台",以国家级教学改革试点专业——中州大学文化与传播学院文秘专业为例,分析了高职院校文秘专业学生顶岗实习取得的成果及存在的不足,并进一步探讨了解决问题的对策。

As an important part of practice teaching in higher vocational college, internship plays an irreplace- able role in students＇ cultivation. This paper takes the secretary major of Culture and Communication College in Zhengzhou University as example, analyzes the achievements and deficiencies of secretary major students＇ intern- ship in higher vocational college and further discusses the countermeasures of the problems.
