中青年人群血糖血脂分布特点及相互关系分析

Analysis of distribution characteristics of glycolipids and relationship among them in the young people

目的了解中青年人群血糖、血脂分布及逐年变化的特点,以及2项指标间有无相关性。方法对来自北京老年医院体检中心健康体检的282名海淀区中青年人连续3年检测其血糖、血脂,进行动态比较并分析此2者的相关性。结果本组人群血糖、血脂均呈逐年增高趋势,差异有统计学意义,三酰甘油浓度随血糖的增高而增高,2者具有相关性。结论三酰甘油浓度变化与血糖变化有密切关系,三酰甘油的浓度及变化趋势可反映血糖浓度情况。三酰甘油浓度有可能是引起糖代谢异常的原因之一。

To investigate glycolipid distribution and variation characteristics year after year in the young people, and analyze their correlation. Methods Data of plasma glucose, blood lipids measurements of 282 heathy young persons in Haidian district were collected and analyzed for three consecutive years. Results Plasma glucose and blood lipids increased year by year, and there was a positive correlation between plasma glucose and blood lipids. Conclusion Triglyceride had a close relationship with plasma glucose, it can reflect plasma glucose level, and it may be one of the factors which induced abnormal glucose metabolism.
