Drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome and viral infection:A review

药物超敏反应综合征(DIHS)是由一些特殊药物引起的不良反应,特征表现类似于传染性单核细胞增多症,具有迟发性的特点。近年来研究表明其发病机制主要是药物与病毒再活化引发的免疫反应。已报道的DIHS相关病毒包括人疱疹病毒-6、EB病毒(EBV)、巨细胞病毒(CMV)、副黏病毒。主要检测方法包括免疫方法、淋巴细胞转换实验等。

Drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome （DIHS） is caused by some specific drugs and is characterized by late onset, infectious mononucleosis-like symptoms. Recent studies indicate that pathogenesis of DIHS is an immunologic reaction caused by drug and viral reactivation. The involvement of herpes viruses-6, Epstein-Barr virus, cytomegalovirus and paramyxovirus has been reported. Immunologic test and lymphocyte transformation test are the major diagnostic methods.
