摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定熊果酸自微乳制剂的含量。方法采用Agilent TC-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.3%磷酸(85∶15)为流动相,流速1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长210 nm,柱温30℃。结果熊果酸在40～160 mg·L-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),方法精密度和回收率均符合要求。结论该方法结果准确,重现性好,可用于熊果酸自微乳制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of ursolic acid in the self-microemulsifying drug delivery system. Methods Agilent TC-C18 column （250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 um） was used with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.3% phosphoric acid （85： 15） and flow＇ rate was 1.0 ml . min-1. The detection wavelength was at 210nm and the temperature at 30℃. Results Ursolic acid presented a good linear correlation in the range of 40 - 160 mg . L- 1 （ r = 0. 999 9）. The precision and recovery of method conformed to requirements. Conclusion The method is accurate and reproducible, which can be used for quality control of this preparation.
