HPLC determination of Lutrolin-7-O-glucoside in Cardui crispi L herba

目的建立飞廉药材中木犀草苷的含量测定方法。方法色谱条件为Kromasil色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),甲醇-1%冰醋酸溶液(31∶69)为流动相,流速1.0 ml·min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长350 nm。结果木犀草苷峰与其它峰分离良好,在0.019 3～0.969 6μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,加样回收率为95.8%,RSD=3.1%(n=6)。结论通过该方法可以对飞廉中的木犀草苷进行定量控制,达到控制药材质量的目的 。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Lutrolin-7-O-glucoside in Cardui crispi L herba. Methods The separation and assay was performed on Kromasil column （4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 um） at column temperature of 30 ℃, methanol- 1% acetic acid solution （31 ： 69） as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml . min - 1. The detection wavelength was 350 nm. Results Lutrolin-7-O-glucoside peak was well separated from other peaks and had good linear relationship in the range of 0.019 3 - 0. 969 6 ug（ r = 0.999 9）. The recovery rate was 95.8% , and RSD = 3.1% （ n = 6）. Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive and reliable to be used in the determination of Lutrolin-7-O-glucoside in Cardui crispi L herba.
