唾液酸黏附素在相关疾病中的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 唾液酸黏附素(Siglec-1或称CD169)是Siglecs家族的成员之一,属于免疫球蛋白超家族类黏附分子,其主要表达于组织的巨噬细胞上,是巨噬细胞激活的重要标志。近年来,不断有研究表明Siglec-1可表达在激活的外周血单核细胞上,如在系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)、类风湿性关节炎(RA)、冠心病、系统性硬化(SSc)、人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染等疾病患者的外周血中其表达均增高.基参与了激活T淋巴细胞等过程.并可作为反映疾病严重程度和活动度的指标,并可用于病情评估和治疗监测。
