摘要 【目的】探讨腰椎间盘T。相对值在腰椎间盘退变量化分级中的临床应用价值。【方法】对78例受试者腰椎间盘Tz相对值与腰椎间盘退变Pfirrmann分级的相关性进行分析。【结果】各级腰椎间盘T。相对值随Pfirrmann分级增高而增大,各级间比较均有统计学意义(P〈O.01)。【结果】T2相对值可对腰椎间盘退变进行准确的量化分级。 [Objective]To explore the value of relative Tzrto (relative T2 relaxation time) in the quantified grading of degenerative intervertebral disc. [Methods]The correlation between relative Tzratio and Pfirrmann grades of degenerative intervertebral disc of 78 subjects was analyzed. [Results]With the increasing of Pfir- rmann grades, the relative Tzratio of lumbar intervertebral disc increased. There was significant difference a- mong different grades. [Conclusion] The relative Tz.o can be used in the accurate quantified grading of degen- erative lumbar intervertebral disc.
