高血压并发心衰患者85例的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of 85 Hypertensive Patients with Heart Failure

【目的】观察高血压患者并发心衰的临床特点和疗效，探讨血压与心力衰竭二者之间的相关性。【方法】选取在本院接收治疗的85例高血压并发心衰患者，通过对症治疗，对比分析不同高血压合并心衰患者经对症治疗后血压和左心室射血分数（LVEF）的改变情况。【结果】经过药物治疗，85例高血压合并心衰患者死亡22例，病死率为25．9％；存活患者的血压值与治疗前比较均有所降低（P〈0．05），LVEF较治疗前有所增加（P〈0．05）。【结论】对于并发高血压的心衰患者，及时降压治疗既有利于控制心衰患者的病情发展又利于患者的预后，值得临床推广应用。

[Objective] To observe the clinical features and efficacy of hypertensive patients with heart fail- ure, and explore the correlation between blood pressure and heart failure. [Methods] Totally 85 eases of hy- pertension with heart failure in our hospital were chosen and received symptomatic treatment. The changes of blood pressure and left ventricular ejection fraetion（LEFF） among different hypertensive patients with heart failure after symptomatic treatment were compared and analyzed. [Results] Among 85 cases of hypertension with heart failure after drug therapy, 22 eases died and the mortality rate was 25.90/oo. Compared before treat- ment, blood pressure in survival patients decreased（ P d0.05）, but LEFF increased（ P d0.05）. [Conclu- sion] For the hypertensive patients with heart failure, prompt antihypertensive therapy is not only conducive to control the progression of patients with heart failure, but also benefit for the prognosis. Therefore it is worthy of clinical promotion.
