应用艺术学科“学工交替”人才培养模式探析

摘要 学工交替的人才培养理论是当今国际教育十分流行的教学模式,其要求有不同于传统的专业课程设置,需要开放式的教学形式,并配以高水平的实训基地和就业指导中心。学工交替有项目教学及校企合作办学等教学模式,都侧重培养学生的实践能力。"学工交替"模型适用于应用艺术类专业教学,为解决当前艺术人才培养问题提供了一条有效的途径。 Learn work alternately training theory is very popular in today's international education teaching mode, the requirement is different from the traditional curriculum, needs open teaching, and with a high level of training base and employment guidance center, Leam work alternately project teaching and school-enterprise cooperation teaching mode, focusing on cultivating students' practice ability. "Learning working alternation" model is suitable for application in art class teaching, in order to solve the problems in talents training of art provides a effective way.
