摘要
院(系)领导作为高校发展的中坚力量,承担着"人才培养、知识创新、社会服务"等重要任务,在实施科教兴国、人才强国战略中发挥着十分重要的基础性作用。由于院(系)领导处于特殊的位置,提高他们的综合素质尤为重要,特别是加强他们非权力性影响力建设,关系到党的教育方针的贯彻落实和社会主义现代化建设的全局。为此,必须正确认识非权力性影响力在现代社会管理中的重要地位,理解非权力性影响力的综合效应,从而理解院(系)领导非权力性影响力的建设是发挥院(系)领导价值功能的重要途径。
As the pillar strength in the process of developing universities and colleges, leaders of colleges (departments) are undertaking many important tasks such as " personnel training, knowledge innovation and social service" and playing a vital and fundamental role in implementing the strategies of flourishing our nation through science and technology and strengthening our country through training talented people. Due to their unique positions, it is very important for them to enhance the overall quality, in particular, the non-powerful influence construction which is closely related to carrying out guidelines for education of the Communist Party and the general situation of socialist modernization. Therefore, we must recognize the importance of non-powerful influence construction in the management of modern society and comprehend its integrated effect in order to understand that the non-powerful influence construction is an important approach to give full play to the values and functions of leaders in universities and colleges.
