高职乡村医师专业学生在校学习状况的调查与分析

Survey and analysis on the learning situation of rural medical students in school

为了解乡村医师专业学生在校的学习状况以改进和完善教学工作，对新疆医科大学2008级乡村医师专业135名学生进行了问卷调查。结果表明，大部分学生学习态度端正，学习目的明确，经过专业课程的学习后对本专业有了更深入的了解，学生对学校的教学资源基本满意，认为基础薄弱和汉语水平低影响了学习效果。学校需要强化专业思想教育、提高学生的汉语水平、细化教学环节、加强软硬件建设，以圆满完成人才培养任务。

In order to understand the rural medical students＇ learning situation so as to improve the teaching work. A questionnaire smwey was conducted on 135 rural medical students of grade 2008. The results showed that most of the students had right learning attitude, and had a clear purpose of learning. After learning professional courses they had a deeper understanding of their own profession and students were basically satisfied with teaching facilities. They thought that weak foundation and low level of Chinese affected their learning effect. It is necessary for college to strengthen the professional education, improve students＇ Chinese level, refine teaching, and strengthen the software and hardware construction so as to finish the task of training successfully.
