医学院校开展航空医疗救护与后送训练的思考

Reflection on aeromedical evacuation （ air medical transport） training in medical universities

航空和医疗技术装备的革新促进了航空医疗后送的开展，为挽救生命、减少伤残提供了宝贵时机。在航空医疗后送和转运中，医护人员将成为航空救护的组成人员，因此，在医学教育课程中增加航空医疗救护内容是航空医疗后送效果的最佳保证。本文分析了国内外军地航空医疗后送与训练情况，并提出了开展航空医疗救护和后送教育训练的建议，以满足伤病患者航空医疗后送要求，提高伤病患者救治效果。

Profound technological renovation in both aviation and medical care have developed the aeromedical evacuation, and gained valuable time for saving lives or decreasing disability. Medical personnel will be our future fixed and rotor wing crew members. So it is necessary to offer flight medicine courses in medical training programs to meet the requirements of air medical transport. In this article, it was analyzed aeromedical evacuation and flight training curricula of medical personnel in domestic military and civilian and foreign military. We suggested that the flight medical evacuation courses should be carried out in medical education and training in order to meet the demands of air medical patents transport or Evac- uation.
