人际交往训练对青少年网络成瘾者社交回避及苦恼的影响

摘要 目的探讨人际交往训练对青少年网络成瘾者社交回避及苦恼的影响。方法将63例青少年网络成瘾者随机分为2组,对照组31例,给予传统的药物治疗与工娱治疗;实验组32例,在传统的药物治疗与工娱治疗的基础上,予以人际交往训练,并分别在干预前后采用心理学常用的社交回避及苦恼量表对2组青少年网络成瘾者进行评估。结果人际交往训练后,实验组的社交回避现象及苦恼症状得分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人际交往训练能显著缓解青少年网络成瘾者社交回避及苦恼现象,值得临床进一步研究与推广。 Objective To explore the effect of interpersonal training on the social avoidance and distress of adolescents with internet addiction disorder.Methods 63 adolescents with internet addiction disorder were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group with 32 cases and control group with 31 cases.The control group were treated with traditional medicine care,occupational and recreational therapy.The experimental group were treated with interpersonal training based on conventional care.The Social Avoidance and Distress Scale(SAD) was used to evaluate the effect of the two groups.Results Compared with control group,the social avoidance and distress of the experimental group were improved(P〈0.05).Conclusion The interpersonal training could effectively relieve the social avoidance and distress of adolescents with internet addiction disorder.
