摘要
分析了家兔死后不同时间心血红细胞钾离子含量,红细胞内钾离含量随死亡时间增加呈线性下降。在死后0-48h,红细胞内钾离子含量与死记时间的直线回归方程为:Y=7.56-0.071X或X=106.48-14.08Y。上述规律变化,有可能对早期死亡时间的推断提供客观依据。
Potassium ion contents in erythrocytes of 40 cardie blood samples of rabbit corpses were analysed at different postmortem intervals. The erythocyte potassium ion contens decreased linearly as the PMI increased(r= -0. 829, p <0. 025) . The linear regression equation describing the relationship between RBCic(Y) and PMI(X), over the postmortem 48 hours , was Y =7. 56 -0. 071X or X = 106. 48 - 14. 08Y, where RBCK was expressed in mmol/1012RBC in hours. This relationship may provide an objective and reliable approach for the estimation of early postmortem time.
