摘要
以蔗渣为原料、离子液体(氯化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑)为溶剂、丁二酸酐为酰化剂合成了丁二酰化蔗渣。考察了反应时间、酸酐用量、反应温度对丁二酰化蔗渣产率的影响。结果表明,在反应温度为100℃,酸酐与蔗渣的质量比为3:1(w/w)、反应时间为90min时产率最高。采用FT-IR、DSC/TGA、固体CPMAS13C-NMR和XRD对丁二酰化蔗渣进行表征,发现蔗渣木质纤维纤维素C2、C3、C6位置上的羟基发生了酯化反应;酯化反应后,蔗渣的热稳定性降低。
The homogeneous succinoylation of sugarcane bagasse with succinic anhydride in ionic liquid l-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride without any catalyst was investigated. Parameters including reaction temperature, reaction duration, and SA/SCB ratio were discussed. The results show that the yield of succinylated bagasse is high at 100℃of reaction temperature, the SA/SCB ratio of 3 : 1 and reaction time 90 rain. The derivatives were characterized by FT-TR, DSC/TGA and NMR spectroscopies as well as XRD. It was found that the succinoylation occurs at C-6, C-2, and C-3 in cellulose, after which the thermal stability of SCB gets decreased.
