摘要
对皮革废弃物不同处理方法和不同用量对遮光纸物理性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明:革屑处理以碱性氧化镁水解法较优。其最佳工艺:氧化镁浓度10%,水解时间2h,温度40℃,革屑用量8%;其撕裂指数22.95mN.m2/g、耐破指数4.32kPa.m2/g、耐折度464次、裂断长(干)6.93km、裂断长(湿)3.99km,透气度47.78μm/(Pa.s)、不透明度99.1%,基本满足了高透气度遮光纸使用要求。可见加入适量未脱色革屑不仅提高强度性能,增加材料的透气度,同时使遮光效果增加。
The effect of leather waste on the properties of high porosity shading paper was studied. Based on the experiment results, the best method of treating leather waste is hydrolysis with MgO, and the optimal conditions are as follows: MgO concentration 10%, hydrolytic time 2h, hydrolytic temperature 40℃, leather fiber composition 8%. Under this conditions, the properties of the prepared samples are: tear index 22.95 mN.m^2/g, burst index 4.32kPa.m^2/g, folding endurance 464 times, breaking length 6.93km, porosity 47.7um/(Pa.s), opacity 99.1%, with the physical properties satisfying the demand for the production of high porosity shading paper. It can be seen that the adding of not decolored leather shavings can raise the strength, also the porosity and the shelding performance.
