白水封闭循环DCS控制系统在高速夹网纸机上的应用 被引量:3

摘要 以高速夹网纸机白水循环系统为研究对象,系统地分析了白水及浆料中DCS对纸机运行及成纸的影响。通过现场调查及实验室模拟,发现将DCS控制在900mg/L以下效果较好;利用PVAD与PAC复配的DCS控制剂在吨纸用量300g的情况下,可以使白水DCS稳定在855mg/L左右,同时纸机的运转性良好,纸张品质及系统保留也有所提高。 In this paper, the white water circulation system for high- speed twin wire paper machines was studied, and the effect of dissolved and colloidal substance (DCS) in white water and slurry on the operation of paper machine and paper quality was systematically analyzed. By the practical investigation and laboratory simulation, it was found that the good defects will appear when DCS content is regulated less than 900mg/L. In this study, the compound composing PVAD with PAC as a DCS controller can regulate DCS content in the white water at 85.0mg/L at the dosage of 300 gram per ton paper, meanwhile the paper machine operates well, and the paper quality and the system retention rate are also improved.
