摘要
通过设计正交试验的方式,探讨真空度、水浴温度、旋转速率及冷凝温度4个旋蒸因素对偶氮染料检测的影响,最后经过数据的分析与比较,优选这些因素的设定值,达到既确保试验效果,又获得较高试验效率,同时兼顾节能环保的效果,较好地满足了检测要求。
In this article is discussed the impact of degree of vacuum, water bath temperature, rotation rate and condensing temperature on the test result of azo dyes through orthogonal experiment. Based on the analyzing and comparing of the experiment data, parameters of rotary evaporator are optimized with an effect test ensured and high test efficiency achieved, meeting the need of energy saving and environmental protection.
