内衣用多组分针织喷气纱的生产实践

摘要 探讨了11.8 tex 40/20/20/20精梳棉/钛远红外纤维/竹浆纤维/甲壳素纤维混纺针织喷气纱的生产工艺。针对钛远红外纤维、竹浆纤维、甲壳素纤维的各自特性进行预处理。介绍了喷气纺纱工艺流程及各工序工艺配置,所织制的内衣具有很好的生态环保、导湿透气、抑菌抗菌、理疗保健、热效应及舒适性能。 In the paper is discussed the production process technology in air jet spinning tl. 8tex 40/20/20/20 combed cotton fiber/titanium far infrared fiber/bamboo fiber/chitin fiber blended knitting yarn. Pretreatments of characters of titanium far infrared fiber, bamboo fiber and chitin fiber were done. And the processing flow and technological assorting of each process were introduced. The underwear knitted by use of this yarn is of good eco-friend, moisture transmission and ventilation, bacterial proof and bacterial control, physical health care, thermal protection and comfortable performance.
