基于TRIZ的开放式创新技术路线图研究

Open Innovation Technology Roadmap Research Based on TRIZ

企业从封闭式创新到开放式创新模式的转变,导致对外部技术资源的需求日益增长,如何管理和利用外部技术成为关键问题。文章主要分析开放式创新环境下,针对传统技术路线图(TTRM)规划流程中没有考虑外部技术利用这一局限性,提出了开放式创新技术路线图(OTRM),并在其绘制过程中引入TRIZ理论,进行整合形成一种新的创新管理和规划工具,具体流程包括OTRM准备、OTRM需求评估与问题界定、制定OTRM对策、OTRM绘制以及更新。

The transition from closed innovation to open innovation model leads to growing demand for external technical resources, how to manage and use external technology thus becomes key issues. This paper firstly analyzes the limitation of the traditional technology road- map （TI＇RM） as not considering the external technology, and then comes up with the open innovation technology roadmap （ OTRM ） un- der the open innovation environment. After that, integrating with the introduction of TRIZ theory, a new and innovative management and planning tool is formed, the process proposed includes OTRM preparation, OTRM needs assessment and problem definition, OTRM coun- termeasures development, and OTRM drawing and updating.
