摘要
为了探究国内企业战略联盟网络特性和联盟策略,采集来自互联网的新闻报道数据设计情报,进行信息挖掘,构建了2003-2009年期间的国内移动商务环境下的战略联盟网络,利用社会网络分析方法(SNA)分别从整体和个体层面对网络的动态演化进行了历时研究,用战略联盟资源学说理论解释了相关的网络特性指标,展开了网络中典型企业的战略分析。研究主要发现,国内移动商务产业中的联盟网络是一个稀疏网络,2006年是产业战略联盟发展的转折年,企业在网络广结联盟伙伴,一批有影响力的中心企业开始涌现。该方法有助于企业利用竞争情报完善战略联盟策略,加强竞争优势。
Based on internet news, the author designs the strategy of information mining and constructs a strategic "alliance network of mo- bile commerce for the period from 2003 to 2009. Social Network Analysis ( SNA ) at the individual and network level is applied to study the dynamic evolution of network,respectively. The interprefion of network measures based on Resource Based View ( RSV ) is proposed and a case study on several typical companies is conducted as well. The proposed methods can help companies systemically improve strate- gies of alliances and reinlbrce competitive advantages.
