草酸溶液中多孔氧化铝的制备及机理研究

摘要 以草酸溶液为电解质,采用两次电化学阳极氧化法制备氧化铝有序多孔膜,研究了不同阶段孔洞的形态结构以及孔洞的排布,发现自组织过程主要是在第一次阳极氧化的过程中实现的,第二次阳极氧化只是在第一次的基础上实现孔的有序定向生长。 Two steps electrochemical anodizing was introduced to prepare the ordered and porous aluminum oxide inembrone in oxalic acid solution. The morphology and arrangement of the pores at different stages were studied by SEM. The results showed that the self2organization process occured during the first step anodic oxidation. The pores developed orderod and oriented on the basis of first step during the second step anodic oxidation.
