无源效率刻度法测量高浓铀浓缩度

摘要 利用HPGe谱仪测量了高浓铀样品γ谱,分析γ谱中235U的特征γ射线163和186 keV以及238U的特征γ射线1 001 keV的峰面积。利用ISOCS软件建立测量模型,对这几条γ射线进行了无源效率刻度。实验结果显示,测量值与参考值相差+1.1%,其误差主要来源于无源效率刻度计算和峰面积计算。 The HEU sample was measured by HPGe,and the spectrum of witch was analysed.The model of HEU and HPGe gamma-ray detector was established.The results shown that the enrichment of HEU sample was +1.1% big than the reference value.The reason was reckoned without the other isotopes in the sample.On the other hand,the simulation of efficient and the calculate of peak area could also cause the error.
