摘要
上海光源XBPM自动量程I/V转换器主要用于光束线的刀片式探测器和丝扫描探测器的信号读出,所需测量的电流动态范围大,从pA到mA量级的跨度;工作环境中有较多驱动电机的信号干扰,需要进行抗干扰和低噪声设计,以提高设备的信噪比,保证测量数据的精度和稳定度。论文给出了电路和相关程序设计,以及自动量程I/V转换器的测试结果。
The automatic-ranging current voltage convertor mainly aims for reading out the photocurrent largely ranging from pA to mA that comes from the blade or wire scanning detectors used in the synchrotron beamline.Anti-jamming design and low noise design are needed to increase the instrument’s SNR and guarantee the precision and stability of the measure data because of the electromagnetic interference from all kinds of working motors.The design of circuit and program and the related test result are given in the paper.
