旋流燃烧器降低锅炉排烟NO_x质量浓度试验分析

摘要 在燃煤电厂中,煤种、一次空气系数、锅炉负荷、控制燃烧器配风方式是影响NOx生成的重要因素,实施空气分级燃烧技术,可降低NOx排放的质量浓度。针对低负荷时旋流水平浓淡燃烧器控制NOx生成性能较差的问题进行试验分析,通过优化取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。 In coal-fired power plant,the coal grade,the primary air ratio,the boiler load and the control of air distribution mode of the burners are important factors influencing on the NOx generation.To adopt the air-classified combustion technology can reduce the concentration of NOx emission.In low load condition,the capability of the swirl horizontal concentrated-diluted pulverized coal burner to control NOx generation is poorer,and this problem was analyzed experimentally.Based on optimization,better economical benefit and social effects were obtained.
