摘要 文章对郑西、武广、石武客运专线无砟道岔施工工艺、测量方法、施工设备等方面的实践进行了总结,对提高施工精度和施工效率进行了技术创新:(1)通过在支承层(底座)钢模上安装特制的试配器,将测量对象的钢模变为测量工具以实现支承层钢模的放样,可实现道岔区支承层钢模板放样的快速、精确、智能化;(2)通过道岔侧向、竖向支撑调整系统及长岔枕区域竖向辅助支撑调整装置,可快速准确定位道岔几何位置,并保持良好的稳定性;(3)开发了一种横向调整地锚,通过调整与岔枕桁架筋连接的螺丝杆及竖向支承,可以侧向固定道岔,减少道岔侧向固定拉杆,避免混凝土浇注过程中外界因素对道岔的扰动,使道岔方向很方便地调整到允许偏差范围内。 In this paper, a summary is made on the construction of turnouts about the workmanship, survey methods and construction equipment, and a technical innovation is carried out to improve the quality and efficiency of construction on Zhengzhou-Xi'an, Wuhan-Guangzhou and Shijiazhuang-Wuhan passenger dedicated lines. ( 1 ) By a special adapter installed on steel module of supporting level (base), the steel module is changed into survey instrument from an object of survey to realize the lofting of supporting steel module, by which a quick, accurate and intelligent lofting for supporting steel module plate is realized in the turnout zone. (2) By a system to adjust the turnout lateral and longitudinal support and a device to adjust the longitudinal auxiliary support in the long tie zone, the geometry position of turnout can be quickly and accurately located and the perfect stability can he kept. (3) An anchor to be adjusted laterally is developed to fix turnout laterally and reduce the number of lateral fixed bars of turnout through adjusting screw connecting to truss of tie and the longitudinal support so as to avoid the disturbance to turnout by factors from outside such as placing con crete and ensure the adjustment of turnout direction within an allowable error scope.
