摘要
随着高速铁路的发展,很多区段近年来发生了竖向不平顺超标,甚至影响到了轨道的竖向稳定性。鉴于我国在轨道竖向稳定性研究方面有所缺失,这项研究工作的必要性也日趋紧迫。文中通过建立无缝线路有砟轨道模型,对无缝线路的竖向稳定性进行研究,分析过程中考虑了曲线半径、曲线线形、曲线竖向初始不平顺波长、曲线竖向初始不平顺矢度、扣件扣压力削减、局部扣件扣压力失效等对无缝线路竖向位移的影响,得出扣件扣压力削弱以及局部扣件扣压力失效对钢轨竖向位移有较大影响。
With the development of high - speed railway in recent years, vertical irregularity occured in many sections even affects the vertical stability of the track. Due to the deficiency of research on vertical stability of the track in China, the research on this subject must now be addressed as a matter of urgency. Inthe paper, the vertical stability of the continuous welded rail (CWR) is studied based on establishment of CWR ballasted track model, which analyzes the influence on CWR vertical displacement from the factors including curve linear, curve radius, curve vertical initial irregularity wavelength, curve vertical initial irregularity vector, fastening crimping force reduction and partial fastening crimping force invalidation, etc. The research concludes that the ping force reduction and partial fastening crimping force rail vertical displacement is largely initiated by fastening criminvalidation.ping force reduction and partial fastening crimping force invalidation.
