摘要
西安北站工程在地下一层顶板施工完成后,铺设4道垂直于轨道方向的钢路基箱通道作为吊车的走行通道。钢结构吊装采用4台250t履带吊车进行从P轴向南退步安装,完成南区站房结构后转场至北区进行施工。吊装过程对吊车走行路线进行加固,直接或间接通过设置在混凝土主梁下的加固支撑结构将吊车履带压力传至混凝土基础或回填土层,在保证结构楼板、梁、柱等已施工的地下结构的安全条件下顺利的完成了吊装工程。
Following the roof installation for the underground first storey in Xi'an North Station four steel roadbed box channels for running crane are laid vertically to the track direction. Four 250 t crawler cranes for hoisting steel structures are mounted at the P axle backwards to the southern direction, then moved to north section from south section when finishing tasks there. The process of hoisting makes the running route stable when the pressure from crawler belt is delivered to concrete base or backfill by the bracing under concrete main girder in a direct or indirect way. A perfect hoisting performance is secured under the condition of a safe underground where structures such as floors, girders and columns are well constructed.
