摘要 以某桥预应力混凝土连续箱梁体系转换的设计与施工为工程背景,介绍了在桥梁最大设计跨度小于80m,桥墩高度小于12m的施工条件下,0号块临时固结结构设计、合龙方式选择、体系转换施工准备、临时固结结构的固结与解除等施工技术。施工实践表明,应用该项技术进行预应力混凝土连续箱梁施工,箱梁的结构内力、线形及梁体外形尺寸偏差等均符合设计文件、施工技术指南和质量验收标准要求,实现了绿色施工的工程管理目标。 Taking the design and construction of the system conversion of a certain bridge with prestressed concrete continuous box beam as engineering background, this paper introduces the design for temporary consolidation structure of # 0 block, closure mode selection, preparation for system conversion, consolidation and removing skill for temporary con solidation structure under the condition of building a bridge with the max. span less than 80 m while pier height less than 12 m in design. Construction practice indicates the inner force, line shape and overall dimension difference of the box body meet the requirement of design document, technical manual and quality acceptance standard in the construction of prestressed concrete continuous box beam by using this technology, thus to achieve the engineering management aim of green construction.
