英国文化产业发展的成功经验及对中国的启示 被引量:22

Successful Experience of British Cultural Industries Development and Its Inspiration to China

摘要 英国的文化产业主要以公益性为主的博物馆文化产业、市场性为主的文化旅游产业、公益性与市场性相结合的表演艺术产业三个部分组成。为发展本国的文化产业,英国政府建立了相应的文化产业法律保障体系;合理利用独特的自然与文化资源,打造属于本土的文化品牌;营造良好的发展环境,推动文化创意产业的发展;注重培养创新型人才,促进创意产业的良性发展。我国发展文化产业,可以借鉴英国的经验,制定文化产业中长期发展规划,建立文化产业发展法律保障体系;发挥地方文化资源优势,建立区域文化产业发展战略体系;充分利用现代科学技术,建立数字化文化产业发展配套体系;发挥人力资源优势,建立创意人才培养体系。 British cultural industries consist of three aspects, tourism oriented towards the market and performance art combining namely museums focusing on public interests, public interests and market. In order to develop the cultural industries, British government established the corresponding legal system. With rational use of its unique natural and cultural resources, it nourished its domestic cultural brand. By creating sound environment and paying special attention to the cultivation of creative talents, it promoted the virtuous development of creative industries. In order to develop China's cultural industry, we can draw something from Britain' s experience. For example, we can formulate medium and long- term development plan for cultural industries and establish legal system to guarantee its development. We can also set up strategic mechanism for the development of regional cultural industries by bring- ing the advantage of regional cultural resources into play. With the help of modern science and technology, we can build digital supporting system for the development of cultural industries. In addition, we can build a cultivation system for creative talents by fully using our advantage in human resources.
