基于面板数据的FDI独资化倾向对中部产业内升级影响分析

Analysis on Effect of Foreign-owned Tendency of FDI to Industry Upgrading of Central Region in China Based on Panel Data

FDI是促进一国或地区产业升级的重要外部因素。近些年来,中部地区FDI规模越来越大,但独资化倾向也越来越明显;同时,高技术产业和生产性服务业的发展明显滞后,产业内升级受阻。中部地区FDI独资化倾向与工业及服务业产业结构水平之间关系的实证研究表明,FDI独资化倾向对服务业产业内升级具有较强的促进作用,但对工业产业内升级没有促进作用。因而,中部地区各级政府必须改变引资理念,加强引导,增强地区吸收能力,以提高引资质量,增强外资的技术溢出,加快中部产业内升级的步伐。

FDI is an important external factor promoting industrial upgrading of a country or years, the scale of FDI has been increasing in central region, but foreign - owned tendency of FDI region. In recent has also become more and more evident, the development of high - tech industry and producer services have lagged far behind and upgrading within the industry are blocked. An empirical study on the relationship between foreign - owned tendency of FDI and the structure level of industrial or service sectors shows that the foreign - owned tendency of FDI can ad- vance strongly the industrial structure upgrading within service sectors, and doesn＇ t stimulate the industrial structure upgrading within industry sectors in the central region. Therefore, the central government must change philosophy attracting FDI, strengthen guidance and enhance regional absorptive capacity, so that it can improve the quality of FDI and enhance technology spillovers of FDI, accelerating the pace of upgrade within industry in the central region.
