摘要
从2009年国内各大门户微博测试版上线,到2011年首届"政务微博与社会管理创新高峰论坛"举办,以各级政府机构、官员为主体注册的政务微博,已成为政府倾听民情、沟通民意、服务民生,提升社会管理水平的重要途径。目前,政务微博在发展中受各种因素制约呈现出发展困境,亟待通过相关运作技巧提高社会关注度、扩大社会影响力。
From the 2009 major domestic portal micro-blog test version on-line, to 2011 the First "Chief Micro-blog arid Social Management Innovation Summit Forum" held, the government agencies at all levels as the main body of the government officials to register miero-blog, has become of an important way the government to listen to public opinion, to communicate,to service people lives, increase social management level. At present, in the development of e-government micro-blog affected by various factors,we needs to improve the degree of social concern and expand social influence through the operational skills.
