业余短跑运动员的速度训练 被引量:1

摘要 短跑是赛程最短、速度最快、人体运动器官和内脏器官在大量缺氧条件下完成极限强度的周期性田径运动项目.短跑运动对年轻人具有很大的吸引力,很多人都认为只有专业的运动员才能参加这种激烈的竞赛,其实短跑技术的掌握适合每一个想挑战自我的运动员.而目前大学业余短跑选手的训练普遍不受到重视.采用文献资料对比分析法,对短跑速度影响因素进行了阐述分析,找出原因并提出相应的训练方法. Sprint is the shortest track and field events, the fastest human motion organs and internal organs in a large number of hypoxic conditions the ultimate strength of the cyclical nature of track and field sports. Sprint has great appeal for young people, many people think that only professional athletes participate in such fierce competition, in fact, the technical mastery of the sprint for each want to challenge themselves athletes. University of amateur sprinter training is generally not important. Using comparative analysis of literature, analysis on the track and field sprint speed factors is described to identify the causes and propose appropriate training methods.
