据客户关系管理的特点和具体要求,阐述了用SSH架构实现客户关系管理系统的过程.包括采用UML实现系统模型,用Struts实现前台显示与后台业务的分离,用Hibernate实现数据库的对象化操作,用Spring实现托管和属性值的依赖注入,采用基于DWR的Ajax实现异步刷新,采用ExtJS富客户端技术丰富页面表现和使得浏览器兼容性更好,同时也考虑了网络访问和互操作的安全性.完成的系统以客户资源为中心,所有资源据此中心进行调配,通过该系统可以管理、查看客户的所有资源、数据及服务记录.

This paper explained the process of implementing CRM system with SSH architecture , according to the characters and specific requires of CRM. Including using UML modeling to Created system model, Struts to separate the foreground display and background business, Hibernate to operate the database as an object, Spring to implement management and attributes＇ dependency injection, Ajax based DWR to implement asynchronous refreshes, ExtJS RIA technology to enrich the performances of pages and make the browsers more compatible; and has considered the securities of accessing network and interoperations. The finished system takes the resources of customers as center, allocates all resources according to the center, which makes the users manage, and look up all resources, data and service records of the customers.
