通用职业素质训练课程所倡导的行为训练是为了提高学生的基础品质和职业核心能力,帮助学生自我完善和发展,以适应更高层次职业和岗位的要求,提高学生就业适应能力.阐述开展通用职业素质行为训练的教学体会,列出需要注意的事项.

The behavioral training advocated by the general professional quality training courses improves the students＇ fundamental quality and core professional competency. It helps the students achieve the self-improvement and development in order to meet the higher level occupational demands and job requirements. However, these courses are not offered in all vocational colleges and schools; and the teachers still have doubts in the implementation details of specific training projects. In this paper, experiences of teaching the general professional quality and behavioral training and a list of Do＇s and Don＇ts as the best practices are provided.
