摘要
以注射模型芯电极设计与数控加工为例,结合企业生产实际,采用UG电极设计模块与建模模块相结合的快捷方法进行电极设计,采用优化的数控加工工艺对零件进行数控加工编程,并采用自定义的后处理文件生成了相应数控系统的数控代码。实验结果表明该零件的加工质量达到了预期的加工要求,为型腔模具的电极设计与数控加工提供了设计思路和方法,对其他类零件的数控加工方案具有重要的指导意义。
In order to improve the machining efficiency design and NC machining, and critically electrode d enterprise, adopt electrode a es d quick and optimize ign and NC mach esign module and r and quality of cavity mold electrode is introduced. To machine efficiently cavity mould, combines practice of module of Cimatron to design. Adopt optimized machining technics to program with NC machining on parts. Adopt user-defined post processing files and makes CNC code of eorrespoding CNC system. Experiment results indeeate that the machining quality of the parts accords with the anticipative machining requiements. Provides design idea and means for electrode design and NC machining of cavity mould. It is significant for machining project of other parts.
