摘要
针对注射模的全3D设计趋势,为了提高设计效率,以NX6.0为平台,采取基于图形模板模型的开发思路,使注射模模架实现参数调用。经过测试设计的注射模模架模块可以根据所选参数进行自动建模,完全实现模架的参数化设计,提高了注射模的设计效率,且降低了注塑模架的设计错误率。
For the trends of 3D design to the injection mold base, in order to improve design efficiency, for using injection mold base of parameters, based on NX 6.0 platform, take based on graphic template model development train of thought. After testing the injection mold base module, it can model automatically based on the selected parameters, realize the parametric design completely, improve the injection mold base design efficiency, and reduce the error rate of injection mold base design
