通过对车灯插座结构特点和成型工艺的分析,阐述了插座注射模的设计思路,模具滑块下有顶杆的强复位设计更具特色,并介绍了模具的流道设计和重要镶件的加工工艺,以及材料选用和注射成型工艺参数的确定。
Through analysis of structure characteristics and molding process of the auto lamp socket, elaborated the socket injection mold design, especially strong reset design, mold hot runner design and main insert processing technology exposition and key parts of the processing technology, material selection and molding parameter determine.
