摘要
依据Y485T型柴油机上用的正时齿轮室铸造模的结构特点,通过对CAM编程走刀路径的工艺优化,生成NC程序,进行模具的高效切削加工,降低了打刀机率,从而降低模具的加工成本。
According to the structure characteristic of die-casting die of the timing gear chamber used in Y485T Diesel engine, through Process optimization of CAM programming tool path, to generate NC programs for efficient machining, reducing the probability of tooling fight, thereby reducing the processing cost.
